Send an enquiry with your idea, rough size, placement and any reference. Ainsley reviews each request personally and replies with availability and next steps. Online booking is coming soon.
Deposits are required to place an appointment except for a consultation. Deposits/Fees are non-refundable. For services under $500, a $50 fee covers a 10% deposit + custom design drawing time. For services $500+, a $50 deposit acts as a standard 10% holding deposit.
Ainsley works from La Rue Gallery, 370 Centre Rd, Bentleigh VIC 3204 A short trip south-east of Melbourne's CBD & 2 minute walk from Bentleigh train station.
Ainsley offers gift voucher to be purchased both in-store and online. There is a minimum $50 voucher spend and are non-refundable. Vouchers have a 3 year expiry & can only be redeemed by Ainsley.
Bank transfer, Cash & Afterpay (Inc. surcharges) There are no card facilities available. There are ATMS within walking distance if needed.
Scars can be tattooed over however they require a minimum of 1 year healing. Scars vary so they need to be accessed by Ainsley first, you can do this by sending a photo the scar/s or booking a consultation for it to be accessed in person.
Ainsley allows the use of numbing cream. Please enquire with Ainsley prior to appointment about use and recommends researching risks to ensure your safety. Suggested numbing cream: Nummit 5% 10g $10-$13 Commonly found at Chemist warehouse 1-2hr numbing time
Multiple parking options are available ranging from 15 mins to all day parking. You can find parking suggestions in your email booking confirmation. The studio is also located a 2 minute walk from the Bentleigh train station.
A photo ID is essential. Ainsley encourages clients to bring comfort items such as snacks, extra warm clothes, something to watch or read especially for longer sessions.
